This project features a comprehensive interior and exterior remodel for Fidelity Property Management. The existing structure was taken down to the studs and subfloor to allow for a full redesign and modernization.
Improvements include new offices, bathrooms, a break-room kitchen, expanded warehouse space, overhead doors, storefront upgrades, and refreshed landscaping.
Exterior enhancements such as asphalt paving and a complete façade renovation give the building a clean, professional presence that aligns with Fidelity’s operational needs across their managed properties.
