Project Overview:
This 1,600 sq. ft. renovation converted an MEP crawl space into a luxury living area with a lounge, media room, wine room, bathroom, sauna, and storage. The project included 7 tons of steel, earthwork, a concrete retaining wall, and a polished concrete slab.
