This 2,300 sq ft addition transforms the Krista Woods residence into a more functional and luxurious home. The site was raised and leveled with over 3,000 cubic yards of dirt to create a true zero-entry transition between the existing structure, the new addition, and the in-ground pool.
The expanded living space features wood LVT flooring, vaulted and trayed ceilings, wood beams, custom cabinetry, upgraded countertops, a large pantry, and a new bathroom. A 10’ x 43’ screened-in porch provides year-round outdoor enjoyment.
To unify the new and existing structures, the roof over the original garage was removed and rebuilt, creating additional living space and aligning all rooflines. The entire exterior, including the addition and the existing home, will receive new Hardie siding, energy-efficient windows, and a faux-stone wainscot for a cohesive and updated look.
